Hi I am Carina and I love healthy food. I am here to share my passion for clean recipes with you.
Eating healthy and maintaining my ideal weight wasn’t always easy for me. When I was 16, I spent a year in the U.S and gained 10 kilos. After some crazy diets, I lost my excess weight only to gain it all back during my semester abroad in Spain. I was lacking self control as well as the proper diet and exercise education necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, since I discovered fitness nutrition everything changed for me. For years, I have not had problems maintaining my ideal weight which includes feeling lean, strong, comfortable and beautiful in the clothes I wear. I want the same for you.
Healthy eating should not feel like a chore, it should become your new lifestyle. Most people underestimate how easy it actually is to cook healthy and nutritious food. This is why I want to share my most favorite fitness recipes with you here on this blog.
I also want to inspire you through fascinating travel stories. The world is my home and traveling one of my biggest passions. I have already lived in 6 different countries, speaking 6 different languages and having made the most memorable experiences throughout my travels. I would love to share some of my favorite spots and places here with you on this blog as well.
Lastly, I would love to share my knowledge of food photography with you. I am currently designing an online course for young food bloggers – stay tuned for that. At the beginning of the year I have launched an Instagram Growth Course. This is definitely something you should be checking out.
